I have got pain in ankle from last 1 week which was light before but now it has increase . I feel the pain after the walk or some physical exercise. The same pain come and go after some months . I also observed the dead blood vessels on my ankle area on both legs . kindly suggest what should I do as because of this pain I am not able to walk.

Hi there.. I understand your distress.. but what is dead blood vessel I couldn't get it.. pain in ankle joint could be due to ligament strain, osteoarthritis, trauma, Achilles tendinitis, bursitis, fracture of bone or dislocation of joint.. please get X-ray of ankle joint done once to know the cause.. consult nearest orthopedician once for complete examination to know the cause..
