Pain in abdominal area

I am feeling continuous pain in abdominal area after intercourse on 27 march and now for 2 days pain started in my middle back. pain becomes severe after i eat something. i did ultrasound. ultra says that 1).   'Left kidney shows a cortico-medullary cyst(18*17mm) having mural cacific focus at lower pole' 2). 'Excessive gases filled bowel loops are seen in abdomen' 3). 'At least 2or 3 subcentrimetric (short axis diameter 4-6mm) lymph nodes are seen in mesentery. please help me. this pain is unbearable for me now. i can not even eat properly.

It's likely due to some infection Needs examination and may need CT
