I have been experiencing really sharp pain in left side of abdomen chills headache blurred vision dizziness

The information u provided is not sufficient to reach any conclusion. I need to ask u some more question so as to give u proper advice. Probably its an infection. In my practice urinary tract infection is most common diagnosis for such complaints though viral fever can b a possibility.
