Needs clinical examination.i would suggest 3rd molar removal first, then after a few days, rct in 2nd molar if needed.
Next Steps
get an iopa x ray done or an opg.
Health Tips

It is really difficult to give an appropriate comment without having a clinical and radiographic examination. Sometimes pain can originate from other source and be referred to another tooth. Impacted wisdom tooth (3rd molar) can occasionally cause pain. But be mindful, that not impacted 3rd molars need to be extracted (most of the time by surgery). I suggest seeing a dentist for a proper examination and diagnosis.

When both the teeth have their own problems,  they will require different objective treatments. So I don't think there is a practical option between the two treatments and both the RCT for the second molar and extraction of the wisdom tooth will be recommended. Regards

Hi, if there is cavity in 7th tooth and RCT is needed then get the RCT done first and then get your wisdom tooth remove. However both the teeth requires treatment. Thank you.
