Definitely need to be taken a look at by a MD Consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Or you can also meet a DM neurologist. He will tell you what you have to do next. Trigeminal nerve supplies facial muscles and this happens in its course. For this first treatment by medicine is recommended, most effective medicine is carbamazepine.
