Heavy pain and heavy flow during periods for the first 3 days completely.please help me in curing it. Can you tell me some daily routines to get rid of menstrual pain. And I am underweight. Can you tell me some ways to gain weight.

Hi. Heavy pain with heavy flow.. you do certain blood tests and also Ultrasound.  If everything fine then meet and take some medicines for it . For wt gain take high protein diet.
