To alleviate burning pain in the stomach, try home remedies like ginger tea, chamomile tea, aloe vera juice, baking soda with water, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, eating bland foods like bananas or yogurt, and taking antacids or acid reducers like Tums or Zantac, while also practicing stress-reducing techniques like deep breathing or meditation.
