Pain between testis and epididymis

Have pain between right testis and epididymis for last one year. Have visited many doctors urologist in last one year but no benefit. Have gone through USG Doppler test 5 times in year approx. Nothing coming out in the same. However pain continue. Doctor now says it is psychomatic pain. But I do not feel the same as I can feel pain by pressing specific point in near epididymis n testis.
