Pain below Left Cheek bone when swallow

Hi Doctor. Had cold three days back and since two days when I swallow I feel pain below my left cheek bone and feels like ear pain too. I can't I started taking Cefix 200, had one tablet yesterday night and one today morning. Will the pain be relieved in three days . Please let me know. Thanks.

Cefixine is not a suitable antibiotic for sinusitis. Please come down to my clinic and let me examine you and treat you appropriately.
