I started running few days ago. after second day my muscle or tandon started to pain. first i considered it as muscle soreness but it's been two weeks it still feels like tightened muscles. Normally there is no pain but when i go up stairs, it makes me feel that pain again.

It appears like you have pulled and strained the muscle. Continue the cold pack compressions 3-4 times a day over the painful area. Try a crepe bandage or wear a compression sleeve around that area.
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist. You might need few sessions of Ultrasound to help recover faster from the muscle pull, followed by gentle stretching done under supervision initially.
Health Tips
*Stop running till this issue gets resolved to avoid any chances of further injury. *Wear sports shoes all the time

Because of lack of training and gradual built up, those sudden bouts if running must have lead to loading of the tendons. Rest for few days then gradually start building up with proper running shoes. Meanwhile apply ice to reduce pain.
Next Steps
If the pain still persists after few days of rest and icing then see a sports physiotherapist, if in Mumbai find Flex Physiotherapy Centre, Malabar Hill
Health Tips
Do not stretch the calf till you are advised by your physio.
