Pain at lower part of right lung

I have a pain near lower part of right lung. I think that's where liver and gallbladder are present. Started all of sudden 2 days ago and still have mild pain. Sometimes it becomes so sharp that I can't even tolerate . Even while sleeping I get a mild pain
