Pain at belly button, high bladder neck
I'm 46 yrs old. Suffering from poor urine flow. Prolonged emptying. Also urineflow comes downwards. Cystoscopy, urodynamic, sonography, RGU, MCU, tests are done. High Bladder Neck is detected. Dr prescribed alphablockers tablets. But no improvements after 5-6 months. Now Dr suggested Bladder Neck Incision. My prostates are normal.
Is there proper Ayurvedic medicine or treatment for high bladder neck? Should I avoid surgery because there are some side effects such as retrograde ejaculation or others?
