Parkinsonism is a neurological disorder. Kindly consult a neurologist. Besides medicines, yoga based exercises do help them. Kindly visit my  YouTube channel 'drncgupta ' and watch 'me and my yoga'. I am sure these exercises will  help him.

If he has Parkinson's his balance and gait would be the reason for trivial injury which might have gone unnoticed..
Next Steps
Kindly get his wrist checked for any fracture or tendonitis.
Health Tips
