Pain anf Fullness in ear

I had pain in the right ear cartilage since last week. Yesterday I applied eardrops (Cipla CIPLOX) and tried to clean the ear using earbud. Since then, I have a feeling of fullness in my ear and the pain still exists in the cartilage. There is a little swelling behind the right earlobe too. What might be the issue?

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear canal infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops for few days for faster recovery
