I'm 24 male, I feel pain while urinate after masturabation. It happens like tendency to pee, continuously. And if I run, the lain increase in groin area. Why it's so. I have fungal infection in groin , is that a cause???

No it is due to urinary tract infection. Get an Urinalysis done. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water.
