My brother is experiencing severe pain near his ear, probably might be a swollen lymph nodes. But he is not experiencing any cold or cough symptoms and not tonsillitis. Please help with cure.

TMJ Arthritis,  ear wax, ear fungal infection may be the cause. Physical examination of ear is needed. Avoid self cleaning of ears. Keep ears dry
