My last molar tooth is arising . I have a severe pain in lower jaw on that part also inflammation on that area which medicine I have to take

Looks like a pericoronal infection.. always avoid self medication without a doctor consultation.. that pain in last tooth is normal for patients in 20's age group... Visit a dentist asap before it becomes severe..
