Yesterday night i fall of a flight of stairs and hurt my back.. back is paining a little bit..and little swelling is there.. i can walk and sit normally . while i was changing sleeping positions at night the area which was hurt was paining.. what should i do ? should i apply volini or moov spray or take any medicines?
