Pain and burning feeling in scrotum

I am feeling pain in scrotum, left testicle. Also burning sensation. Even when I am lying on bed. A year before got diagnosed ultrasound varicocele, for year I felt no varicocele. I am worried much now, it may not be same. Please help me with valuable suggestions.
