Having suddenly pain yesterday. Taken injection and admitted day care for relief. Uploaded USG report. Want to treat by you. Please

There is a stone blocking the ureter. That is causing the pain. U need to get a CT KUb to confirm the calculus. Also get serum creatinine done. Tab cyclopam 1-1-1 will decrease the pain till that time . Take adequate fluids
