I had ozone therapy treatment for L4 L5s1 on 10th last month it's been 3 weeks now can i be back to work my IT job (sitting job) or should i take rest for some more days? And is ozone therapy a permanent solution? Right now I have some mild pain kind of sensation on my lower body glutes and legs to be specific is this normal doctor told that it will take 3 months time to be normal like before?

Hi how. I can understand your concern. Firstly, ozone therapy doesn't come under our system of medicine. It doesn't have any proofs and studies if it's actually beneficial or not.
