Dear Doctor, What steps or precautions to be taken when we contract COVid , so that we do not progress to oxygen dependant stage or require hospitalization ?? Please elaborate.

Every virus has a natural course of progression in the illness ... Depends on the immunity of ur body whether u will get a mild , moderate or severe symptoms ... Just keep monitoring saturation and be in touch with a doctor .. plz don't self medicate ... And don't use steroids unless a doctor advises u
