Menstrual cycle has 2 half - first half is proliferative phase and is variable & 2nd phase is secretory phase and is of 14 days . Ovulation occurs at the junction of 1st & 2nd phase .
So if cycle is of 30 days , ovulation will be most likely on 16 day ( 1st half will be 16 days & 2nd half will be of 14 days & if cycle is of 32 days than the ovulation will be 18 day..

But these are only theoretical assumptions & ovulation doesn’t actually occurs on that exact day ..
