Ovulation mid cycle bleeding

Can ovulation bleeding flow more than spotting and less than normal period flow? I had bleeding for 2-3 days on day 13 of cycle. In TVS scan found at that time follicle size was 18mm. Will it be ovulation bleeding? But in my life in past I have never got bleeding during ovulation.
