Thyroid and Pcos patient. Was on Duphaston form past two cycles to get my periods regular and in this cycle doc advised to take letrozol 2.5 mg from CD2 - CD 6. On CD 7 I went for US and was told that the size of egg is 10*12 which is quite small. Another scan is due after 3 days. Now I don't know when should be do intercourse to achieve pregnancy.

The size of egg increases gradually and usually attains optimum size near day 13/14 So wait
