Overweight swling in legs

3 years before my weight was fine suddenly I started putting weight I checked my thyroid it was normal then I started exercise n diet but it was not so much effective I was not able to reduce more 2-3 kgs.6 months back one doctor told to get lipid profile, diabetes & cholesterol test in that my cholesterol was little higher than normal range rest everything was fine. I have irregular periods problem also.

Hello You must get your pcod checked and in regard to weight loss you must tell your present ht and wt along with daily schedule so that i can adjust your foods items

Hello, do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month. Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also. Keep proper hydration.
