Overdeveloped Glutes

I have overdeveloped, tight and outward projected glutes maximus muscle group. Is there any way to relax these muscles? Does this tightness has any bad affect on knee functioning?

As u say u have overdeveloped gultei and tight gutei. This means ur weight line is lying posteriorly the reson could lie at back, knee or foot. U need to visit a physiotherapist to get u assess biomechanically.
