Result into low energy, headache, feel sleepy, annoyed. Difficult to focus. Low concentration while studying. Difficult to take decision. Low confidence. Fear of losing everything.

I would suggest you start meditating for 15mins, make a list of goals and to do tasks and make sure you follow up on time. Start a hobby and exercise. All of this shall help you focus on the important things in life and help focus on your studies or work. This will simultaneously improve your confidence level and work the other things out as well
