Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. The anxiety is coming from fear which is stored in subconscious mind. The shoulder pain and back pain are results of some trauma being triggered in the subconscious mind. We have to create a safe space and process the feeling of fear and other feelings which are stored there. Once the feelings are released the pains and anxiety will subside. You’re normal and fine! I can work with you on your anxiety and other pains. Love and healing ❤️‍

Many people will recognize anxiety as the feeling of distress, unease, or dread that someone has before a significant event. It keeps them alert and aware. The fight or flight response can kick in when someone faces a physical or emotional, real or perceived threat. While it can be useful, for some people, it can interfere with everyday life.

Hi... Stress, anxiety, poor posture, lack of physical activity, etc. may trigger cervical pain. You need to work upon your routine and include some physical exercise/activity/sport in your daily routine. To address your anxiety issues you may seek counselling. For chest pain, it is always better to seek medical opinion (physician/cardiologist).
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
