I done 13 th day follicular study.my report is in both the ovaries it marked as multiple small follicles.my question is there any chance to get ovalution this time

On day 13 if the dominant follicle selection has still not taken place. Then there are no chances of ovulation in this cycle. Try next cycle using ovulation induction drugs. Consult directly online for further management
