Ovarian endometriosis cyst

From last five months I am suffering from ovarian endometriosis cyst .. before 2 months three cyst was found in ultrasound . Now I am having two cyst in both the ovaries 45*61*55mm & 34*35*24mm . I got my blood report that shows result of SGPT test is 124. Please suggest me what to do now .
