Hi , I have got ovarian cysts which are fully covering the right ovary . My Gynecologist is still not sure after MRI and CA125 is it cancerous or not . Please see and let me know which kind of cyst is this and does this requires , medication or surgery . Currently i am on Oral contraceptives. My   excessive bleeding is under control after OC ....I don't have any pain in my cyst .. Please help ,I am really confused . Thanks in advance 🙏
