It was seen in ultrasound ...a large complex solid mass measuring 47×58 in my left adnexa... my ca 125 range is 41.4 . Is it ovarian cancer ?

CA 125 is normal.First confirm the diagnosis by CT or MRI.After getting this investigation picture will be clear.Most probably it is infection .Get done complete blood picture also.With reports meet to gynaecologist.
