Ovarian cyst even after egg rupture

Today on 2nd day of my periods doc told me there is a cyst. There was only one follicle size 21*21 for which I was given hcg 10k inj and she told egg ruptured.. is it possible to get a cyst even after egg rupture and only one follicle ..what is the reason for dat?? I m trying to conceive plz suggest me the reasons

Hello in one cycle there is ovulation in one ovary. And in next cycle ovulation from other ovary. One mature follicle is enough for pregnancy. Chat me on practo consult app for more. What medicines are to be started  for better result.
