Actually I'm planning for pregnancy and recently got to know that I have a thyroid and simple Ovarian cyst in the right ovary. However I do not have irregular periods or any other PCOD symptoms hence I reached out to Gynaecologist who prescribed me a Norethisterone 10 mg therefore please let me know if I can take this tablet in order to dissolve the cyst and to conceive naturally.

Take that medication  and after the period  ,repeat the scan  to check  for the cyst.
