2 cysts - left hemaric endemeterosis cyst and right simple cyst. CA125 reports 475. TVS USG and MRI done. Doctor recommends laparotomy. Need second opinion. Eager for laparoscopy after reading on internet

Hi, Please go head with Laparoscopic surgery.Its only simple cyst one one side and hemorrhagic cyst on other side.Advantages of  Laparoscopic in our case is less skin inscion, less pain, early ambulation, early recovery and early discharge.
