First of all, you have to know whether she can concieve after her therapy is completed. And later on, if she's able to conceive, we must need to know if she has inherited the disease. If she has cancer family history and the disease type is indicative to be inherited, then she has to undergo genetic testing. If your wife comes up with a inherited genetic error, then your child will have 50% chance of inheriting the same error.
