Hi doctor,Can abdominal pelvic ultrasound detect an ovarian cyst or ovarian cancer. My ultrasound shows multiple tinu cysts. Is it confirm that I don't have any ovarian cyst or cancer

Cancer is not a diagnosis which is made by sonography. It is a histo-pathological diagnosis which is made by pathologist when the organ is sent to him after operation.
We only suspect cancers.
