Outer ear paining

The upper part of the outer ear (visible part of the ear) is paining when i touch it after I got a hit from a small ball its not bleeding or anything it pains when I touch it what to do? Is there anything which I can do at home

You seem to have had blunt Injury to the pinna which usually causes pain lasting for few days. Unless you develop swelling or fever only symptomatic treatment in the form of pain killers is necessary
