Please suggest a OTC castrol oil for eye brow growth.. I have gaps in my eye brows and I want grow it.. Many people suggested castrol oil for that. Please suggest a over the counter castrol oil.

This usually doesn't work because the number of hair depends on the follicles of hair present. You definitely need something that stimulates these follicles and understand why they are lost in the first place. I would definitely recommend some tests and then a thorough clinical examination to answer your problems.
