Knee pain since 7 years. Having severe pain since 3 years. One year back Panchkarma treatment done in Kottakkal Ayurveda and got relief for one heart. Again pain started now. Kindly suggest the permanent solution.

Kindly upload the X-ray of bilateral knee AP and lateral view in standing position. Then only management could be advised
