Hello,      Tobacco chewing is the leading cause for oral cancers. So I advice you to give up the habit forever.      Consult a near by dentist to examine your condition and to rule out malignancy( cancer) The treatment options are varied and depends on the degree of severity of your condition.
Next Steps
Hence I suggest you to consult a near by dentist and start with the treatment as the condition may become irreversible with medical intervention in the later stages.
Health Tips
Quit tobacco .. wishing you the very best.

You can use SMF drops to gargle and take capsules containing multivitamins, multi minerals, and Caretenoids. You should see your doctor to rule out possibility of malignancy. Exercise and injections might help you if you don't wish to go for invasive procedures.
