Suffering from moderate osmf, mouth opening 3 cm having lesion on left buccal mucosa (attached in figure). Taking SM fibro and other medication. Doing mouth opening exercise 4/5 times a day..But I'm feeling a very light pain near left chin..is it because of mouth opening exercise? And pls suggest is there something to worry in reference to attached picture..

Hie.. do the cessation of tobacco.. plus u need to get the corticosteroid injection.. excercises alone won’t help much.. have multivitamins plus antioxidants.. get your proper treatment done from the specialised doctor

Osmf is a premalignant condition and can be sometimes malignant too!! Depending on the photo which you have attached the grading should be of Grade 2 where conservative options like intralesional injection along with habit cessation are done . Fibrotomy can also be considered as viable option
Next Steps
Stop the habit at once and consult a doctor who knows about osmf
