I had fracture on my right forearm both bones have got fractured and plate has been inserted it is about 14 Mont's ago. I get some pain in some moments should the plate should be removed please suggest

Pain might arise if the plates are obstructing the range of movements or if there is inflammation due to implants. You can get them removed .

There is no need to remove the plate. Past n may be there occasionally, but if there are any other issues like swelling or increased heat, then it needs to be investigated. If it is only sometimes, then no need to remove it.
