Unable to bend thumb backwards. Pain at base of thumb. Left hand. Slight swelling visible at first bend of thumb. Which type of orthopedic Dr should I see. Any exercises I can do for the thumb.  Do I need medication. Any advice would be appreciated. Recommend a Dr if required near sector 52. Tks

OA , need x ray , rest hot pads or NSAIDS may help if not local or suregry may need
