Hey hi i have a problem when i smile... As my upper jaws front facing teeth came front so its not good at looking.. And the main problem is when i consult a orthodontic specialist he said he want to plug 4 teeth. Is that essential to plug 4 teeth ? As my 2 teeth only came front for that is that essential to plug 4 of mine.... Pls kindly assist me..

tooth ext is necassary when there is no space in between tooth.how can we shift the tooth without space
