Any implant can be removed, provided the fracture is united. Strength doesn’t depend on the retention or removal of implants, its completed based on your post operative physiotherapy. You can remove the both implants, after getting proper clinical evaluation and xray.

When was the surgery done? Is the k wire outside the skin ? How much can you bend your elbow now? Did u loose any strength in your forearm when u sustained injury?
