How will i know i have oral trush on my tongue? I have white tongue is it trush? Does it feel pain when thush occurs on tongue?

Oral thrush (in adults) Oral thrush is a fungal infection of the mouth. It is not contagious and is usually successfully treated with antifungal medication. It is also called oral candidosis (or candiasis) as it is caused by a group of yeasts called Candida. On the other hand, A sore or white tongue isn't usually serious and is often easily treated lasting for a short time.
