Cheeks burning only when blowing from inside slight patches, no ulcers seen, but covered mucus like is there, but no pain. Dentist opined OSMF Stage I, assured nothing to worry. SM FIBRO CAPS SINCE 2 MONTHS BEEN using Zincovit tabs. Continue. Whether visit to any specialist is required. PL. Advise any medicines further need be used. But funds crisis is there. Pl help me.

Is there any history of oral consumption of tobacco products? And is there difficulty in opening mouth due to stiffening of cheek? If not so, it could be some other condition also.. OSMF could be just a possible diagnosis. Else, burning feeling of cheeks can be due to multiple causes.
