A small cut has been found between tongue and gum ( frenulum). What should I do. Should I go to the doctor?

Wait for a few days. It should heal on its own. If it persists then consult a dentist

One needs to physically examine the depth and extent of the cut. Also what cause of the cut should be known. Having said this if it is a small cut it usually heals by itself pretty fast and if it is a deep cut then it might have to be sutured. Hope it helps.
